    By accessing or using Big Apple Moving’s artificial intelligence–powered video analysis and inventory extraction tool (the “AI Tool”), which allows users to scan rooms with a device camera or upload video content for the purpose of generating an automated inventory list, the User expressly acknowledges, understands, and agrees that the AI Tool is provided strictly “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied; that Big Apple Moving makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee as to the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any inventory list or data generated; that the User shall be solely responsible for verifying, confirming, and relying upon any results produced; that the AI Tool is intended solely as an informational aid and not as a substitute for professional moving, storage, insurance, or valuation services; that under no circumstances shall Big Apple Moving, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, or agents be liable to the User or any third party for any damages, losses, or liabilities of any kind arising from or related to the use of or reliance upon the AI Tool; that the User irrevocably releases, waives, and holds harmless Big Apple Moving and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from such use or reliance; that the User shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Big Apple Moving and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all third-party claims, actions, damages, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) resulting from the User’s use of or reliance upon the AI Tool, any inaccuracies or omissions in the generated inventory list, any video or image content submitted by the User, or any violation of applicable law or third-party rights; and that by using the AI Tool, the User provides informed and irrevocable consent to Big Apple Moving’s collection, processing, and analysis of submitted video or image content for operational, quality assurance, and product improvement purposes.
