When should I book my move?

As soon as you can! Giving us four to six weeks' notice to your move is ideal and can benefit you greatly, as it allows us time to plan your moving process down to the smallest detail. The more time we have to strategically plan your move, the more options we have: timetables are more flexible, as are our options for financing your move. Still, in more urgent cases, we do offer last minute moving services – no matter when you call us, we will make you and your requirements our top priority.

Why should I fill out the quote form?

We require you to submit a quote request via our online calculator because it allows you to specify the precise type of service you require and receive a price estimate as soon as possible. It also lets you know about our space options for your belongings, and specifies the different kinds of price/service packages best suit your needs.

Submitting a form also lets us know that you are looking for moving or storage services, which allows us to contact you in order to formulate a plan that best fits your requirements. Please note that the price you'll be provided with upon submitting the form is merely a starting estimate, and will sometimes vary from the final price, as we also offer you the option of consulting a moving specialist who can assist you in creating a package and price plan that might be even better for you than the online estimate. You can count on us to surprise you with any extra charges or service fees – the final price package will be fully disclosed and agreed upon well before the actual move.

When is it best to move?

There really is no 'best' time to move which applies for everyone – it usually has to do with your schedule, preferences, and the details of your particular move. For example, families with children moving to a new city will usually prefer to do so before the beginning of the school year, to allow the children ample time to acclimate in their new home.

However, there are busy periods – usually during the summer, at the end of every month, and during the holiday seasons. If you wish to move during one these time periods, we highly encourage booking the move with us in advance, seeing as during these periods we usually make use of all of our vans, equipment, and personnel. By booking ahead, you can ensure that every aspect of your move is set in advance, and be confident that everything will run smoothly. Of course, we are completely committed to serving you either way, and even if you contact us for a last minute move during these busy periods we will do everything in our power to help you create your personal moving plan.

We provide storage units in various sizes, guaranteeing that you will never pay more than you should for unused space. Rigorous climate control ensures that whichever items you choose to store will maintain their quality, and our storage facilities are constantly monitored via CCTV, making sure that your stored items remain safe as houses.
